When I commented (read: Complain) I was informed that "Hey, we are just doing this for your convince" ... Yep! I am the customer, they serve food! She is there for my convince, or did I miss some new Consumer Law?

Paninni Press + Croissant = WRONG
Coffee/Sandwich shop serving Croissants w/ Ham and Cheese should not be allowed to improvise with a Pannini press to "warm" up the sandwich I am buying!
